Explore Mind Mapping Concepts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before students begin writing, they need a solid plan. The Write Turn teaches them how to brainstorm effectively and organize their ideas into categories. The results are even more alarming for writing. In the most recent assessment, only 33% of 8th grades and 24% of 12th graders scored at or above a proficient writing level. Only 1-2% of American high school seniors could write a persuasive essay at an advanced level.
